Video in Powerpoint out of sync

When displaying a powerpoint presentation on a projector, the video and audio of all (mp4) videos are out of sync. How come? What can I do about it? Thank you in advance

 

(New laptop, Windows 10, Newest Office version, video's for example in 720p with audio, few minutes video at about 2 mbps, about 50 MB size).

    Video seems to display slower than the audio. It's completely out of sync. Mouths are moving too slow.

     

    How come? It's an 720p mp4-video.
