Users constantly have issues opening Teams every day
Every day in our organization of a little over 200 users, we have people submitting help desk tickets or calling the helpdesk becuase Teams won't open. They claim it doesn't open at all when clicked so our helpdesk will reinstall it for them. Then the next day other people will report the same thing, and sometimes its even the same computer the helpdesk just reinstalled Teams to, but maybe a different user is on the machine today.
What is going on where people are losing access to Teams and is there a deployment strategy that we should be looking into? We were already dinged from auditors scans about outdated teams but they were on old user profiles so for our shared computers we put a GPO to delete local user profiles if they haven't logged on in 30 days. But its not been 30 days, this could be the same user the next day or a different user that used that computer before within 30 days.
