Unified Labeling policy without label to grant custom permission to specific users
In classic AIP i could create a policy without label to grant custom permissions to specific users.
In UL i cannot create a policy without label in the UI. I did not test PowerShell yet but I guess this might not be possible either and if i am able to create a policy in PS, i probably cannot edit it in the UI to manage users.
Is there any possible process i am missing to grant custom permission to specific users in UL?
