Under outlook client, suggestion to have the insert TAB appear in the email view

Under outlook client, suggestion to have the insert TAB appear in the email view. SO that when user reply to email, the option to insert tables (Under the INSERT TAB) also appear. Currently, the INSERT TAB only appears when user click directly on email to reply.
