Unable to sign it on Microsoft Whiteboard

I have Microsoft Whiteboard installed on my work laptop, however, I am unable to sign in. When I execute Whiteboard it tries to login, I see the Sign In box pop up twice and then I get the error Something went wrong.

I am able to use white by accessing the app in the browser though. Other users in my organisation do not have this issue.

Help please!
