Unable to setup subscription for Microsoft 365 Developer program

Hi,

 

I got stuck at step "Add phone number for security". I selected country and filled my phone number, but I didn't receive any text. There is no "Call me" button as well.

Does anyone have the solution for this?

      I tried with another phone and it is ok. I think the first phone number is not supported or the phone service provider blocks the verify message.
