Trying to create a meeting with Personal contacts

So I'm using the O365 Outlook web app.  I created a couple of test users in my personal address book and then am trying to create a meeting and invite those entries in my personal address book but no results are found.  When creating a meeting, is there anywhere to click where I can look at my personal address book and then select my participants?
