Transfer OneNote Ownership

A while ago I started a OneNote notebook using my work email address. I shared that notebook out to my personal address.

Now I want to transfer ownership to have it be with my personal email address in case I ever leave this job and lose access (this is my work product - I am not looking to take any confidential information).

Is this possible? I have been researching for a long time and haven't come up with the solution.

    There is no direct support but export and reimport approach:

     

    1. Open the notebook in OneNote 2016 (desktop version).
    2. Go to File > Export.
    3. Under Export Current, choose Notebook.
    4. Select OneNote Package (*.onepkg) as the format.
    5. Save the file locally.
    6. Switch to your personal account, open OneNote, and import the .onepkg file.
    7. Move the notebook to your personal OneDrive using File > Share.
