tenant to tenant migration

What all steps I need to follow for doing tenant to tenant migration ?

In terms of DLs ,shared mailboxes ,outlook to transfer to new tenant 

How to migrate users from existing tenant to new tenant

    You need a more global solution.
    Because:
    - you need to migrate content
    - you may need to transfer the domain
    - you may need to migrate the laptops.
