Teams for medical virtual office visit
Please help. I manage a physician's office and we have been using Skype for video appts with our patients for the past several months due to Covid. I want to change this to Microsoft Teams and have purchased all the licenses necessary. I have been trying to figure this out and I think I am making this too hard. I need to simply know the best way to video call a patient using their email. So if I am logged in as a provider and I want to video chat with my patient (who I have connected previously before with Skype) what is the most simple step to do this.

- Your best option is to use a Teams meeting request rather than a direct call as they don't need to have Teams to join a meeting.
