Take a Test app - option not available

Hi all -

 

I am working with a customer that wants to use the Take a Test app option for quiz responses. However, they don't see that option listed in the quiz settings in Microsoft forms.

Is there something that they need to enable  to see this option? Also, their tenant is in the government cloud, is this feature available to them?
