Substation Plan View

Anyone using Vision to create Low and Medium Voltage Substation/Switchgear Plan/Elevation view drawings?  I've downloaded Visio, but I can't seem to locate the correct stencils.  In the past I would struggle my way through Excel.  However, the project I am currently working on involves 20-30 Substations all different shapes and sizes.  If not Visio, what would you recommend?  Thank you in advance, Billy
