Hi,
Thanks for the reply . As I Understand it is not a shared mailbox .I was asking about shared mailbox .
The problem is with licensed user mailbox as in the document , we have to share the username and password

Hi supportsib - could you use a public folder instead of a shared mailbox? It will solve at least part of your issues.
