Shared birthday calendar
exist any way to add a birthday to the birthday calendar and that birthday automatically added to all tenant users? The objective is that everyone has in their birthday calendar the birthdays of all the users of the company

Nope - that's personal/sensitive data and is a no go for most organizations. If you really want to do this, there are scripts out there that can automatically create/import events into the calendar for one or multiple users.

Only if the user chooses to add it himself. I never said it isn't possible, I even gave you hints how you can do something like this 🙂
