I might be missing something so feel free to correct me if I am way off.
There is 2 ways to send as delegated.
Send as and send on behalf of.
Send as makes it appear to come from the mailbox you are delegated on.
Send on behalf of shows that you are sending through the delegates mailbox.
If you do not want to show your mail you should use send as instead.
