If you want to get a report of the delays caused by the Safe Attachment scan feel free to use https://jocha.se/blog/tech/exchange-atp-attachment-delay. It grabs metadata from all emails in the defined time range and collects the delays caused by https://jocha.se/blog/tag/atp.
