Restricting installation of add-in

We have have two Office365 integrations, a FedRAMP GCC add-in and a Commercial add-in.  The major distinction is the url's they point to in our integration (.com vs .us). 

 

Is there a way to restrict the usage or the installation of our add-ins to match the intended environment?  For instance, we don't want a commercial tenant installing or using our GCC add-in.  Said another way, we'd like to tether GCC tenants with our GCC add-in and our Commercial add-in with commercial tenants.  Our understanding is there is one Microsoft Store for both Commercial and GCC and we'd like to limit potential confusion for our customers.
