Read Outlook Contacts from Live, Hotmail etc in C#

Hi,

I have requirement to read contacts from the Outlook/Live Address Book. 

I can do this using Local Outlook Server with Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook. However, I want to read it online. For example

• user clicks on the Web Page
• then provide user and password to Microsoft Outlook Sign In windows
• then user can see all contacts from his/her address book

Is it possible using Asp.Net C#? 

I would really appreciate your help.
