Read Out look email and insert to DB

Hi Team,

Requirement is :

- Multiple people will set rules in their inbox to push some common emails to some email box (please suggest how we can create common mail box) then need to read the email based on the subject and insert required information to DB.

Can you please suggest what is the best approach to achieve this using Microsoft technology?
