Question for Power Apps

Good morning,

I am working to create an application for both Mobile and Tablets this is for a Servicing Company. Customer as well as staff management and monitoring of work loads. Such as ETAs etc.. However I have not built any such thing on 365 as of yet. Any advice would be great. I know what functionality I need however I would like some input from users out there that may have already or persons who may very well be working on similar projects.
