prevent from read only mails in outlook office 365 by multiple user
Dear All i have one email id provided to 4 people(A B C D) .i want one Person A -READ one mail then it becomes Readand if person B open the same mail then it should show unread.
How can this happen in office 365??
- What you are asking for is per-user read status, this is not possible with Shared mailbox/folder. You can use a Microsoft 365 Group instead.
- Sir is there any other method by which we can do this?In Normal mail without sharefolder.?
- Microsoft 365 Groups or Public folders are your option here, the former is much preferred.
