Presenters joining late to max capacity meeting

Does anyone know if a Teams meeting reaches max capacity, if the assigned presenters will still have a seat based on their role in the meeting or if they won't be able to join because of the limit?  Wondering if their seat will be taken by a participant if they happen to attend 5 minutes late and the limit has been reached or if the seat will be held for them.
