powerpoint files will not open

We have configured MSIntune to allow our staff to use Personal Devices but we have blocked the download of records to these devices.

The error is sorry, there was a problem and we cant open this presentation.if this happens again, try opening the presentation in Microsoft power point

these happens to only non in-tune enrolled devices
