Pinning an Image?

Older versions (about 10 years ago) used to allow images and other objects to be pinned.  Is there a way to still do this?  If not, please bring it back!

This helps tremendously.  One issue for example, if there is a large image in the background (inserted and set to back) and I am adding labels and other text boxes, often times the large image moves instead of the text box.  End up making countless Ctrl+Z's.
