Photos and the Org Chart Wizard

I just got Visio 2016 proffessional and was happy to learn that you could do a photo org with a matching feature. So I loaded my excel sheet of people, chose my shape details, and display fields. Then I get to the pictures portion. My photos are last name first, so I browse to the folder and clicking open shows nothing. So I change a few of them to EID.JPG, still nothing. Any help or assitance getting this to work?

    So it seems after a ton of updates it works, I still dont get a preview but pehraps that isnt supposed to show that. But when I process the chart is appears with pictures.
