Pasting excel Chart errors out when pasting to MS Projects

Unable to paste MS Excel Chart Object. Try pasting a 2nd time and MS Excel Chart Object disappears.

Uninstalled and re-install office. Anyone see this before was working previously. Possible office update broke it?
