Outlook shortcut web link to power bi report

Hi

I am using outlook 2016 and microsoft edge latest version. I want to copy url to outlook shortcuts but when I do so and click on the link it returns a script error returns : syntax error ,but the url changes to "https://app.powerbi.com/singleSignOn?route=groups%...............". Guessing an issue with power bi account and outlook. I do have a pro license for Power BI in my organization. 

How can one resolve this issue as we would like to embed/render a power bi report in outlook.
