Outlook iOS select calendar

I can't figure out how to select a specific calendar to create an event on in the iOS Outlook app. 

I am trying to set up a shared calendar across my organization for members to enter their PTO on. On the desktop, I can create an event and choose the calendar to enter it on but many of our employees are mobile and would only access it via their phones.
