Open Case for Restoring Admin rights
I have an open case to restore my Admin Rights for office 365 and no one from MSFT called since days
I called their 8000xxx help number and went to the web site and connected with Support Log Rescue and sent mails etc... every possibility but still no reply from Microsoft.
I managed to open a case and called continuously to follow up but not a single positive answer from any Microsoft help desk.
KhouryALS have you tried posting in Microsoft Answers forum?
Normally, when I create support request it was a quick response and for more complex tasks it won't take more than one day.
May be due to COVID-19 response takes longer time.
I would say you might need to wait and meanwhile try Microsoft Answers forum too.
