Onenote shutdown resulting in loss of audio recording.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time that onenote has shut down abnormally in the middle of my work, resulting in the loss of the audio recording.
I would like to know if there is a way to recover the recording.
Attached is the recording after the onenote interruption.
