You have a reproducible OneNote 16.114.2 crash when Undo is used with Apple Pencil ink, followed by lost strokes. Treat this as a client regression or page-specific corruption. Before reinstalling or closing a notebook, pull down the Notebooks list to force a sync, then open it in OneNote for the web and confirm the latest pages are present; unsynced ink can be lost during a reset. Install any newer OneNote update from the App Store and restart the iPad. Reproduce the issue on a blank page and in a new notebook. If only one page fails, copy its unaffected content to a new page from the web version. If every page fails, use OneNote for the web or another synced device temporarily. Submit feedback from OneNote with diagnostics, app and iPadOS versions, notebook type, and reproduction steps. A screen recording and approximate crash time will help Microsoft correlate the report.
