Office 365 Security & Compliance - Security Management & Graph API

Hi everyone, I'm new here!

Does anyone know if the default alerts (see: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/alert-policies?view=o365-worldwide#default-alert-policies) for Office 365 S&C is the same between the Office 365 management activity API and the Graph API? That is, would the default alerts be present in both? 

I tried going through the docs but can't tell for sure.
