The Monthly Analytics seem to assume I am a 40 hour weekly employee (Full time) when I am 20 hours a week Part time employee and therefore the results seem to be skewed.   Is there a way to properly...

    David_shorey you can set your working hours and days to work in the config settings - see attached image.
