Microsoft teams recording greyed

Hi Everyone,

 

We were able to record meetings on teams until Friday last week, all of a sadden we can not, The recoding button is greyed-out. Nothing has changed on the policy, The cloud recoding is "on". what could be the problem.

    Hi NcebaG just want to add on you topic we might be having a similar issue.

     

    1. On the TEAMS APP record button Greyed out.

    2. Via Web Browser Record Button Active(and I Can Record).

     Could it be the actual teams app?? 

    I reinstalled my Teams, still greyed out. can anyone please assist on this??
