Microsoft Teams and Azure AD Conditional Access
Let me summarize it for you
1. We needed to test, if could block users access to Office 365 Apps only as we are in deployment phase and Office 365 is not deployed fully in the Company
2. There are other Application which user do require access to
3. So a possibility with Azure AD known as Conditional Access Policy was explorer and was put to test
4. Testing was
a. A security group with two members was used
b. To block access to all cloud apps (Microsoft Apps only)
c. When the device platform is either iOS or Android
d. Testing was successful
e. Once testing was over Conditional Access Policy was deleted
f. However after deleting the policy iOS device works fine as in all Microsoft cloud (azure – office 365) are working fine
g. However on the Android device all or rather say most of the apps are working fine but the Microsoft Teams
h. None of the other Android devices this user is able to sign in to MS Teams, (Other Apps are working Fine)
i. This users is not able to signin into MS Teams using Android devices,
j. This users is able to Access MS Teams using desktop platform,
k. MS Teams has stopped working on it and it still is not working even after uninstalling and re-installing multiple times

Teams has started working on the Android Devices for the problematic user,
There were two things done:
1. Removed group based licensing as in for few minutes my account had no license applied to it, Assigned Direct License which enabled Teams again
2. Also my mailbox was moved from on-premises to o365

Thanks for sharing the issue and the follow-up.
Were you actually seeing the conditional access (CA) blocked message on the Android device? Or was it another error? Or something else? In my experience with CA the policies are generally very quick to clear - within 15 mins normally. If you are troubleshooting CA you may also want to check the What if tool too: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/active-directory-conditional-access-whatif
