Microsoft Team - Duplicate approval request issue
When we create approval request in Microsoft Teams, its creating duplicate approval request with same content. Why it is doing so?

- I have same problem.
Microsoft should be fix something for this feature. Not yet. Microsoft Support team are asking for various logs and recordings, but not able to give solution till date.
