Microsoft Kills Viva Goals

I completely understand the frustration in this thread. A lot of teams invested real time in building their OKR process around Viva Goals, only to be left looking for an alternative.

That is exactly why we started building AlignTide.

Our goal is not to recreate another heavy enterprise platform. We are building a simpler OKR tool for small and growing teams that want to:

• align company, team, and individual goals,
• update progress in plain language,
• use AI to connect weekly updates to the right Key Results,
• quickly see what is on track and what is at risk,
• and avoid expensive per-user pricing.

We are still in early development, so I do not want to pretend the product is more mature than it is. We are currently speaking with teams affected by the Viva Goals shutdown and using that feedback to shape the product.

If anyone here is evaluating alternatives or would be willing to share what they valued most in Viva Goals, I would genuinely appreciate the conversation.
