Microsoft Excel Co-Authoring Issues

I have been using Microsoft 365 for almost a year now and the experience is great. I have just one major complaint i.e. I have to share my workbook to 3 users for co-authoring at the same time. Two authors are in a desktop and one in an android tablet. If User A is working in the workbook and User B opens the same workbook to co-author, the workbook opens for 5-6 seconds and automatically closes without a warning message. To tackle this situation User A has to close the workbook and after 10 mins only can User B work in that workbook. Is there a fix for a problem? It would be highly appreciated if someone could guide me fix this issue
