Microsoft Defender ATP Rest API

Hello there, I've question about Microsoft Defender ATP product. I'm developing Phishing Reporter XML Add-on for Microsoft O365. So, when I report an email, can I send links and attachments in email to ATP (over REST API) for analysing?
