Microsoft 365 Backup - Restore Experience and Reliability Questions

Microsoft 365 Backup currently supports point‑in‑time restores for Exchange Online, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online, but it has limitations: Exchange restores are not granular to individual messages, large OneDrive folder restores may fail, and SharePoint restores can show false “failed” statuses despite successful recovery. These behaviors are expected in the current product maturity stage.
