Mgmt API for querying Office 365 Contacts
Does anyone know if there is an API endpoint that would allow me to query the contacts in the Office 365 Contacts list from within Admin Center? This is the list of external contacts added into AAD/GAL.

Not yet in the Microsoft graph, so you will need to use the Azure AD API: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/azure/ad/graph/api/contacts-operations
