Mails from my organisation comes to Junk-E-Mail

A bit late to this party, but for anyone else searching for this solution, you can set the SCL to -1 in M365. It's actually so in plain sight that it's really easy to miss.
In your rule condition, for the action choose Modify the Message Properties with Set the Spam Confidence Level. When you set the level, just leave it on the Bypass Spam Filtering option and save. It's the only one that doesn't have a number, and it looks like it's just the drop down selector name, but that's actually a setting, and when you save, it will show the action as set to '-1'.
