Looking for a Meeting Management Solution to be used for Board meeting in Office 365

Looking for a Meeting Management Solution to be used for Board meeting in Office 365  with the below features:

 

  • Meeting room booking
  • Meeting scheduling with integration to outlook and other apps
  • Minutes management
  • Teams, Tasks and tracking their progress with deadlines
  • Meeting review and feedbacks from attendees
  • Any other additional features.

    Sajith G HI think most (if not all) of the features you've listed can be achieved out of the box by the services provided in O365, mainly from within the context of Microsoft Teams. See for example this case study to get inspired:

    Do you see any limitations in using the out of the box features? Are you looking for a third party solution?
