Linking a dropdown box to live data for Forms

AFAIK, not possible currently via Forms. However, there is a uservoices surfacing for using excel as a source for drop downs here

I would recommend voting to push these up the agenda. As Uservoices can take some time to be reviewed and picked up, if at all, I would raise them at the next AMA. You could look at going down the avenue with Powerapps and a SharePoint list
