Issue with retrieving a data from Office 365 library through Sharepoint API

I have faced some issue with retrieving a data from Office 365 library. As we are succeeding to get a count of items within the folder, but not able to get files\folders from the library.
ISSUE:
1. Access Denied, but i have used super administrative access credentials.
2. Not access denied but the result&nbsp;will not come. -&nbsp; Some Time&nbsp;
&nbsp;
Below are the API which I&nbsp;am trying to hit:

"https://&lt;Server Name&gt;/sites/&lt;Subsite Name&gt;/_api/web/GetFolderByServerRelativeUrl('&lt;Library Name&gt;')"
&nbsp;
Also, I need to get the folder&nbsp;details within folders&nbsp;to&nbsp;a library.&nbsp;
Office 365 Library structure like: Library Name

(Document Library)"Project" &gt; Folder 1 &gt; folder Test1
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &gt; Folder 2 &gt;&nbsp;folder Test2
