Installation of Addin from the Store

I installed the following addins in PowerPoint using the Store (Pickit, Power BI Tiles) .. So for so good ...

I do see any of the installed addins and I keep getting the error "Error loading Add-ins"

When I try to reinstall, it gives the message that I already have them ... but I do not see anything in the overview ..

Someone got an idea ...
