Import holidays via .HOL file - Can I have custom Category

Hello,

I am using a .HOL file to import holidays into Outlook. I notice that, when imported, they all come in as Category "Holiday" (Orange color)

I have 2 questions: 

1. Can I change this Category via the .Hol file? 

2. Can I include holidays belonging to multiple categories via .Hol file (Goverment holidays vs floating holidays)
