if-then-else structure is impossible to be positioned or resize it inside for or while in Visio2013

Suppose I have a Design Pattern that shows how a step by step instruction will be followed using if then else inside a for or while loop.

Now when I insert the if then else inside for or while loop sometimes the structure is impossible to be positioned or resized inside the loop.

I was in a local college where this problem was persistent. Even the instructor was perplexed by it.

So am I doing something wrong? Can anybody tell me what I am doing wrong?
