I need to create a hidden account on the domain only for sending notifications.
We have a server that needs to send notifications when an action occurs. How might I create this M365/AAD user so that it's hidden from the domain and isn't included on any distribution lists or org-...
Best would probably be to just set the account to be hidden from the GAL but likely doesn’t make it fully ‘hidden’ though. For information on how to do so, have a look at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/address-books/address-lists/manage-address-lists#hide-recipients-from-address-lists
