HOW TO IMPORT ONLINE SHAPES TO VISIO 2016

Hi Visio Community,

A very simple knowledge request. I have an MS-purchased copy of Visio Pro 2016 and am trying to enable "online Shape download" functionality into my laptop's software application.  

I have an active Personal MS 365 subscription nad despite reviewing the available online MS knowledge I don't have access to import online shapes?
